These terms govern use of the Pump Ledger website, waitlist, and published training information.

Informational purpose

Training material is general information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or individual coaching. Exercise carries risk. Choose work appropriate to your experience and circumstances and seek qualified advice where needed.

Waitlist

Joining requests one launch notification. It does not reserve a price, create a purchase, guarantee a release date, or form an entitlement to the app.

Independent brand

Pump Ledger discusses historical bodybuilding methods editorially. It is independent and does not claim endorsement by Serge Nubret, his estate, heirs, or any other athlete discussed.

Intellectual property

The site's original text, design, and software are protected by applicable law. You may link to public pages and quote brief passages with attribution, but may not reproduce or resell the site as a whole.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
