These terms govern your use of the Pump Ledger mobile app, website, and published training information. Pump Ledger is published by Chavannes Ltd.

Training information

Training material is general information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or individual coaching. Exercise carries risk. Choose work appropriate to your experience and circumstances, stop if something feels wrong, and seek qualified advice where needed.

Free app and Pump Ledger Pro

The app includes a free training core. Optional Pump Ledger Pro is offered through store-localized monthly and annual subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. The exact price, currency, trial eligibility, billing period, taxes, and renewal terms shown by Google Play or the Apple App Store before confirmation control your purchase.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them through your platform store before renewal. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not normally remove access already paid for during the current billing period. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It covers present and future on-device Pro features in Pump Ledger, but not a future separately operated Coach service.

Purchases, restore, and refunds

Purchases are processed by your platform store and validated through RevenueCat. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Without a Pump Ledger account, purchases restore only on the same store platform and store account. Use Restore Purchases in the app after reinstalling or changing devices on that platform.

Payment authorization, refunds, chargebacks, billing retry, account hold, and revocation are governed by the platform store's rules and applicable law. Refunded, expired, or revoked purchases may lose Pro access when the store reports that status. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Waitlist

The website waitlist is closed. If you joined while it was open, that signup requested one launch notification. It does not reserve a price, create a purchase, guarantee a release date, or form an entitlement to the app, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Independent brand

Pump Ledger discusses historical bodybuilding methods editorially. It is independent and does not claim endorsement by Serge Nubret, his estate, heirs, or any other athlete discussed.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The product's original text, design, illustrations, and software are protected by applicable law. You may link to public pages and quote brief passages with attribution, but may not reproduce, resell, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with, or misuse the app, site, or their services.

Availability and liability

The app and site are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features, subject to platform rules, applicable law, and the purchase terms above. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
