The method in plain terms

Choose a load you can control beyond the prescribed reps. Stop while clean repetitions remain. Rest briefly, then repeat before the muscle fully clears.

The session accumulates volume through consistent strokes rather than one maximal effort. Technique should look recognisably the same from the first set to the last.

What the pump can and cannot tell you

A pump confirms that the working area is receiving a strong local stimulus, but it is not a guarantee of growth. Training history, total work, recovery, nutrition, and exercise selection still matter.

Pump Ledger records the variables you can act on: load, repetitions, set quality, and rest. The feeling starts the conversation; the logbook keeps it honest.
